The systems check

A thirty-minute look at your stack. Free, and not a sales call.

You bring your list of tools and the thing that annoys you most. I bring ten years of fixing exactly that. You leave with three specific things to do, in order, whether or not you ever hire me.

No prep beyond the list. No slides. No follow-up sequence.

How it goes

Before

Send the list.

When you book, there's one question on the form: what are you running, and what's the most annoying thing about it. Two minutes. Don't tidy it up.

During

Thirty minutes on a call.

I'll ask how you sell, how you deliver, and how you get paid. Then I'll look at the stack with you and tell you the three things I'd fix first, roughly what each one takes, and which you could do yourself.

After

A one-page write-up, within two days.

What we found, the three fixes in order, and an honest line about whether it makes sense to work together. What you do with it is up to you.

Who it's for

Most useful if you're past the just starting stage.

You have paying clients. You have a handful of tools. Something is already breaking, or already eating your evenings. That's the sweet spot. If you're pre-launch and still choosing tools, book it anyway and I'll help you avoid the expensive mistakes, but most of the value here is in fixing something that exists.

It's for coaches of every kind and for small education businesses: tutoring companies, training providers, course creators, certification programs. If you teach paying clients and you're too small for a tech department, this is for you.

What it isn't

It isn't a pitch.

About half of these calls end with me saying you don't need me yet, and here's what to do yourself. That's fine. You'll remember who told you. The other half end with a written quote, and the quote is the price.

Book thirty minutes.
